The American Roommate Experiment - Elena Armas

A delightfully charming, witty, and heartwarming contemporary romance novel that serves as the highly anticipated follow-up to The Spanish Love Deception. The plot centers on Rosie Graham, who has secretly left her stable career to pursue romance writing, and Lucas Martín, the charismatic Spanish cousin of her best friend. When Rosie’s apartment ceiling collapses, she finds herself cohabitating with Lucas in a tiny New York studio, leading to a beautifully structured, slow-burning fake dating arrangement that challenges both of them to confront their career anxieties, creative blocks, and deeply hidden emotional vulnerabilities.
