Engineered for Her. Proven on Every Road.
There's a version of this jacket that just gets resized from a men's pattern, slapped with a different colorway, and called "women's." This isn't that. The Kavach Women's Riding Jacket is built from scratch for the female rider — her proportions, her riding position, her standards. Protection-first, fit-second compromises don't live here.
Protection Engineered to the Standard, Not Around It
CE Level 2 protection at the shoulders, elbows, and spine. High-elastic PU protectors certified to EN 1621-1:2012 and EN 1621-2:2014 — the same certifications that matter in racing, applied here without cutting corners. These protectors flex naturally with your movement and lock into place on impact, dispersing energy before it reaches the joint or the spine.
It's not marketing language. It's a certification that has to be earned on a test rig.
Built to Take a Slide
The outer shell pairs a lightweight polyster mesh and high-durability Nylon construction — tough enough to handle real abrasion without the bulk that makes a jacket feel like a burden. At the elbows, CORDURA® reinforcement handles the zones that take the worst of a slide. It's an industry benchmark fabric for a reason, and it earns its place here.
Seams are reinforced with highly abrassion resistant nylon thread. A jacket's stitching blowing out mid-slide is a failure point most brands don't talk about. We engineered against it.
Airflow You Control
Front 3D mesh intake vents pull cool air in while you're moving. Side-back exhaust vents push the heat out, creating a natural circulation loop that keeps things breathable on long rides and high-altitude passes where temperature swings catch you off guard. When it gets cold, the system closes. When it's hot, it works. Simple, functional, dialed in.
Visible Where It Counts
3M Scotchlite reflectives on the sleeves kick back light with real intensity in low-light conditions — early mornings, dusk descents, poorly lit stretches. It's not decorative. It's the kind of visibility that gives other road users a chance to see you before they have to react to you.
A Fit That Was Actually Designed for You
The cut follows the natural contours of a woman's body — not a scaled-down men's jacket, not a boxy compromise. Closer to the body through the torso, shaped through the shoulders, with a silhouette that sits right whether you're geared up on the bike or walking into a café mid-route. Protectors stay where they're supposed to. The jacket moves with you, not against you.
Riding gear that fits properly isn't a luxury. It's a safety feature.
Born in the Himalayas, tested in some of the worlds toughest terrians and engineered for every rider on the every road and off the road.
