- Social Login Account Links

- Wishlist & Cart Contents
- Saved Payment Information
How to Delete Your Data on OnePasal
To request deletion of your data from OnePasal, please follow the instructions outlined below. Ensure that you complete all required steps to successfully process your request.
Option 1: Self-Service
The quickest way to delete your data is through your Onepasal account settings.
- 1.Log in to your Onepasal account.
- 2.Navigate to "Account Center" or "My Account".
- 3.Scroll to the "Delete Account" section.
- 4.Confirm the permanent deletion request.
Option 2: Contact Info
If you cannot access your account, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team.
Email Support
support@onepasal.comPlease use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email or phone number.
Processing Time
Once a deletion request is received, we will process it as soon as possible. After processing, your account will be permanently deactivated and data will be purged. Please note that certain transaction records may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes as required by law.
